Cooperative Artists

We have been looking for a collaboration between ourselves and a local artist to create some one of a kind tables with metal bases. When our good friend Daniel Cater, of Cater Pottery, started branching out into another medium, steel sculptures, we  jumped at the opportunity to create a hand crafted table top for one of his steel bases. This is what our collaboration turned out to be. We think these bases are quite similar to our standard tapered leg farm tables and would even make great dining tables or bench bases! We would love to create more of these, so give us a call today for a completely custom, one of a kind steel based farm table. (336)372-8995

Alleghany Internship…

When asked by Alleghany High School if we wanted to mentor a local student, we were a little hesitant because we didn’t know if we would find just the right fit. There are lots of things to consider when taking on a student internship, such as safety, common sense and maturity level. We were pleased when Jacob Roten walked through our shop doors. Chris, one of our lead guys, has taken him under his wing. And Jacob has proved himself as being eager to learn, an active helper and mature. I know he will graduate with bright opportunities in front of him. Enjoy a few shots taken at the shop…
